We offer a 14-day return period from the date of receipt for all 101 Copenhagen products, provided they are unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and any associated duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process

  Send the package to our warehouse address using a trackable shipping service; we recommend keeping your receipt and tracking number for verification.

  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
